This 2,100-square-foot custom home was designed to balance clean, modern lines with practical spaces that support everyday family life. The layout includes three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a dedicated home office, and an attached single-car garage, creating a home that feels flexible and livable from the start.

The first floor centers around an open kitchen, dining, and living space, anchored by a two-story vaulted living room that brings in natural light and connects the levels visually. The garage leads into a mudroom with built-in storage to support daily routines, and a walk-in pantry keeps the kitchen organized and efficient.

Upstairs, the second floor was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. A centrally located laundry room makes day-to-day life easier, while the primary suite offers vaulted ceilings and generous closet space without sacrificing the home’s clean, modern feel.

Throughout the design, the focus remained on how the homeowners would actually move through and use the space. Circulation, storage, light, and proportion were considered carefully so the home feels intuitive and comfortable, not just visually striking.
